$10K Bridal Shower

Yes, you read that right.. I had a Ten Thousand Dollar bridal shower… 

Now I know your wondering; “Ashley, what happened to living that Honey Boo Boo lifestyle?” Well, would you believe me if I said I won this bridal shower? 

 Yes girl, thats right! 

On January 7th, 2017 I attended the Canadian Bridal Show with my Grandmother, Mother, and niece. While wondering the aisles overwhelmed by all the wedding vendors out there, I stumbled across the Elegant Weddings booth. Now for those of you who are not familiar with Elegant Weddings, it is a bridal magazine filled with inspo on how to have the perfect boujee wedding, on your own budget. At this booth, they were sharing with all brides-to-be how they can enter to win this extravagant $10K bridal shower, hosted at Colette Grand Cafe. 

Now at first I said to myself, 'there is no way in hell I am going to win this', but a small part of me was like 'GIRL, YOU CAN DO IT!' So you can just imagine my surprise when I entered, and actually won! 

The whole day felt like a dream. The invitations were made by Ferris Wheel Press; the entire day was planned by The White Book Company and was hosted at Colette Grand Cafe, I had my hair done by the beautiful Ladylyn Gool; Makeup by Dawna Boot; my dress was designed by Kim from Valencienne Bridal; the floral arrangements were made by Living Fresh; the cake was made by Truffle Cake and Pastry, decor was provided by Warehouse 84, my guests were gifted with jewels from Jewellette Shop, and my night was captured by Mango Studios. 

I honestly cannot express how thankful I am to have won this amazing event. My guests and I, are still mesmerized by it all. Here are a few photos from that evening, along with a quick vlog of the special event.
