Soothing my baby with My Sweet Little Lamb
Throughout my pregnancy, I viewed motherhood through rose-coloured glasses. Insta-moms always made motherhood seem like a breeze, as they showed off their cuddly babies and "snapback” bodies. So, I mean, how much prepping did I really need to do… Motherhood is easy - Labour is the hard part!
I’ve quickly realized that creating the child was definitely the easy part! Nothing could have prepared me for the sleepless nights, hours of breastfeeding, and the back pain that comes with carrying around a super fussy baby all day long. My little angel, isn’t always an angel. Yes, she is the cutest baby in the world (and yes, I am also super biased). But, she also has an explosive personality and many phases… “I only want mom,” “why isn’t anyone holding me?” To be honest, it does warm my heart, that the sound of my heart beat is one of the only things that can soothe her at her most fussy moments. But at the same time, it makes it extremely difficult to get anything done!
My little Elisa has mastered the art of fake tears, and loves to laugh at you, once you’ve gotten her in your arms.
So, I brought in an expert to help me out.

It was like love at first sight, for her! I love the way her eyes light up, when she sees the mobile and twinkling lights. The seat also cradles her just right, as the swing, and nature sounds, gently lull her to sleep. I swear when she fell asleep in that chair for the first time, I cried tears of joy, for my poor back could finally rest! The swing also comes with a super soft insert, that can easily be removed and washed!
As for the bouncer, it is perfect for moms on the go. It was so easy to assemble, and its small, lightweight design, makes it so easy to travel with! We brought this bouncer with us to all of our family dinners over the thanksgiving weekend and loved how it fit perfectly in various homes. It also gave us a chance to join the family for dinner as she watched from the comfort of her chair. The bouncer also comes with a removable insert, which is perfect if your child is as prone to blow-outs as mine!
